Well I ve been here in Bordeaux since almost two weeks ! The weather hasn t been at its best but we managed to ride about 5 days ...
Training with the IFMXF World Champion helps a lot. The days are pretty long and physical ... Running 40 minutes mornings, Riding (when possible on the tracks or on the ramp ) during the day and gym at night ... Well I m just getting in shape ! And I feel great right now ... I have a pretty good rhythm and I can feel my endurance getting better !
Riding wise, I ve learned a lot again. I m more concentrated on the bike and new tricks/techniques are coming every session I ride.
I will ride a couple shows with the Aerial Fmx Team this year. I m pretty stoked because I ll have the chance to ride in France again. The 7th of March I ll be riding in the Alps with the FISE and the week end after at the famous French MX race in Pernes les Fontaines. I m still waiting for a confirmation for a last show end of March ( in Austria) before driving to Finland.
I don t know if I wrote that already but I ll be riding for Kali Protectives this season. Thanks to Brice Izzo who helped me out with that ! They are using a new composite Helmet and can t wait to try them. They also produce really nice knee guards and other protective gear. I ll be riding for Kali along with Blackliner FMX team , Izzo Brothers and Mike Metzger ... Check also http://www.scar-racing.com/riders.php They added me on their website. My last words go to Jeremy Lusk ! A great rider passed away few days ago. He has been a lot of inspiration for lots of riders. He rode at a really high level with tricks with huge extension. He was only 24 years old . RIP
