Last month I went to Remis place to train a bit and while working on some flips combos in the foam pit I hurt my wrist pretty bad. Nothing is broken but the pain has been hanging on it for a month now. To this I can add a shoulder pain ( from a snowbaord crash ) that has been keeping me away from the bike.
I have taken time to prepare my bike and I m pretty happy with the result! I will post pictures very soon ...
